got my Nikon D3000 & sony HDR CX150 both in good condition but sangat sayang nak let go.

One thing for sure, no matter how expensive any DSLR @ CAMCORDER, it will not produce real impact without creativity of its owner.
And i can see ur creativity inside attached video. Just need to add ur heart into video sensor, ur imaginary into viewfinder & ur passion into press shutter.

when we choose good handycam/ camcorder/video camera, certain thing need to consider (sort by priority):
1. Image Sensor
2. Video Format Support
3. Storage
4. Extra Feature / Free Gift
Larger image sensor will make it more sensitive to lighting & produce clear video with natural colours. Measured in inch - 1/2" or 1/4" or 1/8". Smaller image sensor just good for outdoor & will struggle whan use indoor due to low light.
Recent video format marked with 1080P or 720P or 480P. 720P is juat great for video-sharing website. Most internet user only view in Standard Definition (SD) 480P as it faster to loading.
Storage media also a point to consider. Camcorder with 'build in memory' is just great as it faster to read & write recorded video. An additional SD / SDHC / MEMORY STICK with "CLASS 10" mark is an alternative if dont have 'build in memory'. But never buy camcorder with HDD (hardDisk Drive or DV TAPE.
Extra feature like ZOOM is actually useless. Never look at DIGITAL ZOOM or OPTICAL ZOOM as it juat a trick to create attraction.
Free Gift like extra battery, camera bag, lense filter (protector) is good to consider.

both just great for beginner. can produce acceptable video quality for outdoor but will struggle in low light (indoor) & fast motion scene.
* my D3000 mybe just RM1000 (buy RM1700 c/w kitlens).
* my CX150 mybe just RM1200 (buy RM2000)
